Returning a product

At Radiator Hut we want you to be satisfied with every purchase you make. In the unlikely event that you’re not, and you wish to return a product, you have 30 days from the date you receive the order to return the goods. The item must be unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we don't cover charges to return the product if you've changed your mind. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage in case the package doesn't make it to us. We can't accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged when they’re returned.

As the majority of our items are heavy / overweight products, we can collect the item from you and deduct the amount from your refund if preferred. Due to the volume of oversized packages we send we can provide this service at a very competitive rate.

Faulty, incorrect or damaged goods

As much as we try and avoid it, sometimes things do go wrong, and if your order is faulty, incorrect or damaged, please contact our helpful customer service team via email or telephone and we will either refund or replace your item without you incurring any return charges. Please note: Although we will reimburse any charges associated with the faulty item, items must still be returned in protected packaging to eliminate any further damage occurring when being returned back to us.

Changing or cancelling orders

We answer all emails and calls as promptly as possible, in some cases it is possible that we might only notice a cancellation request after dispatching your order. Although unlikely, in rare occasions like this the customer will be liable for the return costs if the item is not required.

Receiving your refund

The account used for your original payment will be refunded within 7 days of us receiving the returned product (your bank may take up to 21 working days to credit your account with the refunded amount). We can’t refund an alternative card and if your original card has expired you will receive a credit note. We’re not liable and don’t take responsibility for any bank charges that you may have incurred during the refund process
